Information on delivery time*
Â
The delivery periods indicated per manufacturer are average values based on our determined periods since foundation in 2006. The delivery periods are not binding but are rather to be understood as anticipated delivery periods.
Items marked "in stock" are actually in stock and are usually handed over to the parcel service or shipping company 1-2 working days after receipt of payment. Collection is also possible. However, please contact our customer service before visiting our shop to pick up the desired product. Bulky goods are shipped twice a week. If you have any questions regarding the shipment of bulky goods (e.g. bumpers, spoilers, diffusers, exhaust systems), please contact our customer service: 0522032444.
Shipping Information
Parcels are shipped on a daily basis via Swiss Post. At 5.30pm all parcels are collected and processed at the Swiss Post parcel centre.
Swiss Post parcels are usually delivered the following day, i.e. tomorrow (on working days). On the evening of the shipment you will receive an email automatically generated by the system with your personal parcel number. This enables you to track the shipment in real time.
Your parcel is insured and therefore protected against transport damage.
Customer service will also be happy to provide you with shipping information by telephone and in writing.
* The delivery times apply exclusively to customers with a domicile address in Switzerland.
Explanation of the difference between total delivery and partial delivery
Total Delivery
Selecting Total Delivery will combine the order into a single delivery. If all items in the order are in stock, they will be dispatched within 1-2 days. If, on the other hand, at least 1 item of the order is not in stock, the logistics department will hold the entire order back until all products are available and ready for shipping.
Â
Partial Delivery
By selecting partial delivery, the items that have different delivery times are sent as soon as the items arrive in the warehouse. Logistics does not hold the packages back until all items can be shipped together. Stock items are dispatched immediately, regardless of when the remaining products arrive in the warehouse.
